Department of Investigation and Research Subject: Vampire Moon Investigation

The FBI has completed an exhaustive survey of 187 public and private boarding schools regarded most likely to be the victim's location.

A small private boarding school, the Collins Preparatory Academy, was located four miles south of Rockport, WA. This school fits the location of the school cited in Doctor Zero's map. There was no student named Vern, nor did we find any of the other persons mentioned the message exchange. There were no students or vehicles reported missing.
